Bespoke Suits in Ho Chi Minh City

TIE MEN makes each suit for one wearer. Each commission begins with your own measurements and a paper pattern drafted for you alone, then refined on your body at each fitting — as many as the piece requires.

What bespoke means at TIE MEN

A bespoke suit is built for a single person. It does not start from a standard size: it starts from your measurements, your posture and the way you stand, sit and move — and from a pattern that exists for no one else.

That is the difference you feel when you wear it. The shoulders sit where yours are, the balance of the jacket follows your stance, and the proportions are drawn for your frame rather than adjusted from someone else's.

From first conversation to finished suit

These are the main stages of a bespoke commission. The first conversation is about the occasion ahead and how you like to dress.

  1. Consultation in the atelier: a client in a white dinner jacket looks through cloth samples with an advisor

    Consultation

At the atelier, or online if you are in Da Nang, with an advisor of the house.

  2. Cloth swatches and bunch books spread across a table

    Choosing the cloth

Chosen with your advisor from cloth you can see and touch — surface, drape and shade.

  3. A tailor measuring a sleeve with a tape measure

    Measurements

A detailed set of measurements, together with your posture and stance.

  4. Brown paper pattern pieces hanging in rows in the atelier

    Your own pattern

A paper pattern drafted from your measurements.

  5. Tailor’s shears cutting cloth along chalk lines

    Striking, cutting & fittings

Chalked by hand and cut with shears, then refined on your body at each fitting.

  6. A tailor adjusting a navy double-breasted jacket on a dress form

    The finished suit

    Made for you alone.

The house style: restraint

Every tailoring house has a signature. Ours is restraint — a clean silhouette, balanced proportions and details executed just enough, so that each part settles into the whole.

Bespoke is not about adding more. Often it is about knowing what to leave out, and keeping only what matters to the person wearing it.
